The 2009 BMW 5 Series 528i Sedan has a 3.0 liter, I6, 230hp engine and a 6-speed manual transmission. The 2009 BMW 5 Series 550i has a 4.8 liter, V8, 360hp engine and an optional 6-speed automatic transmission. The BMW 5 Series averages 15mpg in the city and 22mpg on the highway and has a 50,000mi/48 month basic warranty.
