The 2009 BMW 1 Series is a carryover from 2008 and is a 2-door, 4-passenger luxury vehicle. The 2009 BMW 1 Series comes in 4 trims - the 128i coupe or convertible and the 135i coupe or convertible. The 2009 BMW 1 Series 128i Coupe has a 3.0 liter, I6, 230hp engine while the 135i Convertible has a 3.0 liter, I6, 300hp engine. All trims have a 6-speed manual transmission with an optional automatic transmission. The BMW 1 Series averages 18mpg in the city and 27mpg on the highway and has a 50,000mi/48 month basic warranty.
